  • Established and directed R&D efforts to incorporate cutting-edge technology, helping establish the Williamsburg AIT Center as a center of excellence with regards to integrating AIT technologies.
  • Key Technology Programs:
    • Prototyped the initial Common Access Card (CAC) developed by the DOD community. Initial fielding in Hawaii as the MARC program.
    • Material Release Order Control System (MROCS) developed to bring wireless data collection into SARSS, the US Army supply system. Automated all the warehouse functions with mobile devices and near real-time information processing. Vastly improved overall supply operations and readiness.
    • Standard Asset Tracking System (SATS) is being enhanced to encompass the changes and new requirements, defined by the Air Force supply system personnel. The new system was  deployed to over forty sites.
    • Business Process Server (BPS) linking USAF transportation and USARMY supply systems in Europe by integrating, testing and evaluating for the Gov’t how to incorporate the 2D-MSL (PDF417), Optical Memory Card and Active RFID tags into the DoD’s Global Supply Chain.
